How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from our supplier network and typically arrive within 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. If your order has not shipped within the promised window, we will notify you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
How much does shipping cost?
U.S. shipping is free on orders over $50. Orders under the threshold ship at a flat $4.95.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Start a return by emailing our support team with your order number — see the Returns page for the full policy.
How do I track my order?
Every order gets a tracking number by email once it ships. Use the carrier link in that email, or visit our Track Order page for help. If tracking has not updated in 5 business days, contact support and we will chase it down.
Where do your products ship from?
We work with vetted overseas and domestic suppliers and ship directly from their warehouses — that is how we keep prices reasonable. It is also why delivery takes 7–15 business days rather than two.
Are the reviews on this site real?
We only publish reviews with a disclosed source. Sample data used for demonstrations is clearly labeled as such, and we never fabricate ratings, counts, or testimonials.
How do I contact support?
