Delivery window
Orders are processed and handed to our supplier network within 1–3 business days. Delivery to U.S. addresses takes 7–15 business days from order confirmation. Items ship directly from the maker's warehouse — some are overseas, which is why the window is honest rather than optimistic. Items may arrive in separate packages.
Rates
- Orders of $50.00 or more: free U.S. shipping.
- Orders under $50.00: flat $4.95.
- We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See Track Your Order for what each step means and when to contact us.
If we're delayed
If we cannot ship within the promised window, we will email you a revised date and you may cancel for a full refund — no questions asked. If a second delay occurs and you don't expressly consent to the new date, we cancel and refund automatically. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of cancellation.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email support@keptcart.com with your order number and (for damage) a photo. We'll replace or refund — your choice.
