Every order gets email updates at each step — this page explains what they mean and when to worry (rarely).

    Order confirmed

    You get a confirmation email within minutes of checkout. No email? Check spam, then write to us.

    Handed to the maker (1–3 business days)

    We pass your order to the supplier who produces the piece. This is the quiet part — nothing to track yet.

    Shipped, tracking emailed

    The moment a label is scanned you get a tracking number by email. The link shows live carrier updates.

  4. 4

    Delivered (7–15 business days total)

    Most orders land inside this window. If a delay pushes past it, we email you a revised date and you may cancel for a full refund.

Tracking not moving?

Carrier scans can pause for 2–4 business days while a package crosses hubs — that's normal. If there's no movement for 5 business days, email support@keptcart.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you. Full delivery terms are in the shipping policy.
