1. The basics
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, shipping policy, and returns policy. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase.
2. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy; our confirmation email accepts it. We may cancel any order before shipment (for example, suspected fraud, stock issues, or address problems) — if we do, you receive a full refund promptly. Quantities may be limited per customer.
3. Pricing & errors
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. If a listing contains an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel affected orders and refund in full rather than honor the error. Compare-at prices, when shown, reflect a prior or referenced price for the same item; we do not display invented anchors.
4. Shipping & returns
Delivery windows, delay handling, and refund timing are in the shipping policy. Returns work as described in returns & refunds — those pages are part of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping at abusive volume, no attempts to breach security, no fraudulent orders, no unlawful use.
6. Content & IP
Site content (text, design, graphics, marks) belongs to KeptCart Demo Co. or its licensors. You may not reuse it commercially without written permission.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Products are provided for ordinary household use; follow the care instructions supplied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be limited.
8. Disputes & governing law
Contact us first at support@keptcart.com — most issues are fixed in one email. Otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located there, unless the law of your state of residence mandatorily applies.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes apply to orders placed after the change.
