Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Sale items are returnable on the same terms.

Email support@keptcart.com with your order number and the item(s) you're returning. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and a confirmation. Please don't ship anything back before you receive it.

• Full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method.
• Issued within 7 working days of the return arriving back; your bank may take one billing cycle to post it.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are not refunded.
• Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — then we cover it and offer a replacement or refund, your choice.

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. Orders not yet handed to the supplier are cancelled with a full, immediate refund. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
