Details
Alder is cut from acacia hardwood with a juice groove on the carving side and a clean flat face for serving. End-grain construction is kinder to knife edges and closes up around cuts instead of scarring.
At 40 by 28 centimeters it fits a roast chicken, a spread of cheese, or a week of chopping without crowding your counter. Finished with food-safe mineral oil.

Great board, arrived thirsty
Showed up a bit dry so I gave it two coats of mineral oil before using it. Since then it's been perfect for cheese nights and Sunday chopping. Just plan on oiling it right out of the box.
